Why join our Viterbi Torah School?
Whether a child is first discovering his or her connection to Judaism or is an advanced student, VTS tailors its educational programming to each individual student. VTS is a banner school in the Framework for Excellence of United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism and our emphasis is on Conservative ritual observance.
Led by Rabbi Avi Libman, Beth El empowers our students with a creative B'nai Mitzvah program, a Leadership, Mentorin and Mitzvah program and the Lamed Vav program.
The Viterbi Torah School recognizes that our students and their families need to make a powerful connection to Jewish culture and its historic roots. Children discover a caring, challenging and imaginative school environment.
Our hands-on approach to learning is evident in our programs on daily rituals and Shabbat and holidays, whether in the classroom or as part of family activities sponsored by the congregation.
